Our history

We live in the heart of the most bio diverse jungle in the world and we know it well. Every day we share the natural riches of our area with people from all over the world.

Our mission

We work every day to turn small scale responsible tourism into the tool that allows us to conserve our forests forever. We believe that sustainability should be for everybody, where the explorers and responsible visitors leave a positive impact on the communities they visit.

In Osa safari each explorer who visits us is an ally in the conservation of our forest, one more opportunity to let the world know that it is possible to live, work and preserve our natural wealth.

Letter from the founder

Ecology and eco tourism degreed. Gerardo Orozco

For more than 15 years I have walked the forests of the Osa Peninsula and Corcovado National Park in southern Costa Rica with explorers from all over the world. Each day, each tour, each person is different. Every human being that we have guided through our jungles wants to find themselves in one way or another with nature ... We are ... People sharing with people in the best natural environment in the world. I have touched the lifes of hundreds of people and hundreds of people have changed mine. This makes my work the best job in the world.

"Corcovado doesn't need more tourist... It needs explores who enjoy nature and it's conservation!". Gerardo Orozco
